NFP’s Matt Pawley reflects on record levels of M&A, organic growth, brands and business as usual as the Aon deal looms.

Matt Pawley joined NFP in 2015, when it snapped up Mackenzie Taylor Benefits Consultants. The US-headquartered business went on to buy Birmingham-based broker Linkfield Corporate Solutions the following year, when UK broking purchases tended to be centred around the West Midlands albeit working with clients nationally.

Pawley, now regional managing director for NFP in Europe, became MD in the UK & Ireland in 2018, with the title expanding in 2020.
