Ignition lends a hand in TCF compliance rush
Ignition NBS - which specialises in marketing and business development for small to medium-sized brokers - has launched an package of services to help brokers meet the Financial Services Authority’s deadline for Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
The services include local face-to-face advice from business marketing consultants along with a series of web-based and newsletter tools to help brokers update their clients on key policy information.
