The credit insurer NCM plans to launch an electronic online service
for customers in the summer. It will also this year give customers online
access through the Internet to its databases, for information and credit
limit decisions.


The Amsterdam-based company is also developing a debt collection network
across Europe. For example, it has already set up NCM Collections, which
began operating in the UK and Ireland last year.


NCM said that a more systematic use of risk modelling over the past 18
months
