Andrew Paddick claims to have signed up 5% of the personal lines broker market to his Internet initiative Insureright. Mr Paddick, who has refused to reveal the exact number of brokers who have committed to the deal, says more than the minimum number of brokerages than is necessary for a licence applied before 25 April.
