Former Octavian and Shead Motor Policies underwriter Peter Routledgehas been found guilty of three charges of misconduct and been permanently
suspended from Lloyd's.
Mr Routledge was found guilty of conducting insurance business in a
discreditable manner contravening the Syndicate Accounting Byelaw. The
decision follows charges that in 1993, while employed by Shead (now part
of Chartwell), Mr Routledge failed to account for the full value of a
