Keeping track of sick days and making the office a happier place are just some of the ways to tackle absenteeism among your staff, writes Peter Done
There are many reasons why employees can be absent from work. Some employees may appear more opportunistic than others and try to ‘milk’ as many days off as they can from their boss. It can be very difficult to detect a fraudulent absence with so many factors that need to be accounted for today. So, where does an employer begin to try and keep track of fraudulent sickness?
