Lloyd & Whyte CEO Matthew Pyke has become a non-executive director for SEIB, which is owned by the Benefact Group, the parent of Ecclesiastical Insurance. Lloyd & Whyte is 20% owned by the Group. According to a filing on Companies House Pyke was appointed to the position on 4 May. While Benefact and Lloyd & Whyte declined to comment Suzy Middleton, CEO of SEIB, told Insurance Age that Pyke’s role will
be temporary.
