SSP users demand improvements after latest outage
SSP users have called on the software house to improve its technology and communication after being hit by another outage yesterday, Insurance Age can reveal.
The service has now been restored but users told Insurance Age they had been unable to access Pure Broking or emails for approaching 18 hours.
SSP confirmed it experienced service disruption that started in the afternoon and ran through to the early hours of the morning.
“The issue was caused by an external, internet issue, that impacted several major businesses in the UK,” the software house said. “To restore service we needed to restart our network in a controlled fashion.
