What has been your insurance/broking related highlight of 2023?

Broker Expo. Conversations with brokers at the NEC reinforced our conviction that their confidence is high and that close insurer-agency interaction is increasingly being sought by them. A welcome insight as it delivers optimal results.

What has been the most over-hyped insurance/broking buzzword or phrase of 2023?

Promises around ‘broker service’. Good service is frequently over-promised and under-delivered. Too many express shallow
