RP Hodson has acquired Leeds-based Hart & Co Insurance Brokers,making it one of the largest privately-owned brokers. The directors of
Hart & Co have been appointed to the board with Robin Frost as joint
commercial director and Geoff Gray as sales director. The integration of
the business will eventually mean the loss of the Hart & Co name.
