What fraud trends should brokers watch out for?

Following an increase in insurance fraud, insurers and brokers have had to deal with a higher number of false claims during the pandemic. Earlier this month, Aviva warned that fraudulent claims have grown by 10% in 2020.

In an interview with Insurance Age, Matthew Crabtree, complex and organised crime manager at LV, discusses the latest fraud trends in the insurance sector and what the company does to support brokers.
