According to a new poll, industry chiefs and commentators believe the'Raising Standards' Quality Mark scheme will benefit customers and isalready delivering practical benefits. The key findings found that 76¾lieved that consumers were the group that would benefit the most fromthe scheme. Only 12% said that the product providers were the primarybeneficiaries of the scheme, dispelling the myth that the scheme was anindustry-focused initiative. 68% of respondents said the scheme wasdelivering
