The insurance industry is battling a recruitment crisis. As well as dealing with the aftermath of Covid, many of us are wondering how to capture the imagination of Gen Z to encourage the best talent into our industry for the 2020s.
My belief is that education and professionalism are major factors and the CII has a key role to play. I think incoming CEO, Alan Vallance, must make these two areas his priority when he finally joins the body.
