Covid-19 continued to dominate the headlines during the course of 2021. While we hope 2022 might finally see the beginning of the end of the pandemic, the litigation will inevitably rumble on. In this article, I review the litigation that shaped 2021, and consider what might follow in 2022.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
