Aviva confirms potential redundancies amid IT overhaul
Up to 115 staff across a number of sites will be affected as the insurer looks to automate and outsource.
Aviva has put 115 IT staff at risk of redundancy as it seeks to restructure its digital engineering and platforms operation.
The insurer confirmed the change, first reported by sister title Post, and a spokesperson commented: “We have reviewed the structure of the teams in IT responsible for Digital Engineering and Platforms, in order to better deliver on our new strategy and to support the new shape of the Aviva business.
