Ian Lloyd, CEO of iprism, reflects on integrating the MGA’s first acquisition, the over-use of the term AI and how he might shake the curse of ‘dad dancing’ by appearing on Strictly Come Dancing.
What has been your insurance/broking related highlight of 2024?This year we completed the integration of our first acquisition, Metier Underwriting, including all the financial, regulatory and governance administration. It was a significant task for the team to streamline all of these workflows into iprism, but it was done to time and budget and the results are now showing on the bottom line.
