Review of the Year 2023: Broker Insights’ Fraser Edmond

Broker Insights CEO Fraser Edmond predicts more insurer M&A for 2024 and suggests those who use AI better will win out in the future.

What has been your insurance/broking related highlight of 2023?

Our highlight for 2023 is the step change in the volume of data on our platform, and the benefits this growth delivers to our partner brokers and insurers. It means increasingly accurate results for brokers in terms of appetite-matched markets for renewals, and, for insurers, a far greater level of opportunity qualification for underwriters. With this level of data, it makes future developments very exciting.
