Biba zones in on resilience in 2021 manifesto

Manifesto includes a number of commitments from the broker trade body, covering areas including underinsurance as a result of the pandemic, IPT, cyber insurance and signposting to help customers access insurance.

The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) has published its 2021 manifesto, which centres on the theme of resilience.

In the document, the trade body has highlighted six key ways in which insurance brokers can help build resilience after Brexit and as the UK seeks to adapt to a new, post-pandemic normal.
