In Pride month, Sian Barton says it’s good to see some action that goes beyond slapping a rainbow flag on a logo as Zego announces a policy to help trans and non-binary staff in the business.

Trans people are victims of discrimination, persecution, and attacks on their existence.

That is why it is heartening to see Zego highlighting a new policy it has developed to help trans and non-binary staff.

The policy sets out a code of inclusion and belonging for trans and non-binary employees, an outline of supportive measures for transitioning employees, and guidance on appropriate conduct and language in the workplace.
