FOS: Covid complaints continue


But PPI remains the most complained about product as body highlights proposed fee structure in wake of coronavirus.

The Financial Ombudsman Service has reported that complaints arising from Covid-19 continued to reach the organisation between July and September 2020.

In its quarterly data it highlighted that PPI remains the most complained about product, although it is in decline.

The ombudsman commented: “We previously published our wider insight on the complaints we had seen that related to Covid-19.
