Professionalism through the eyes of a client

Anthony Stewart, client of Home & Legacy, has summed up his experience of professionalism in the insurance broking market as including knowledge and delivery rather than a soul destroying experience which saps the will to live.

Mr Stewart first spoke with H&L on the recommendation of a friend as he sought landlords' insurance for his portfolio of buy-to-let properties.

"It was a pleasant interaction and I didn't come away feeling irritated and frustrated or questioning whether I had got the best deal," he remembered.

"I felt it was quick, easy and I know that I got the best deal."

Such was his satisfaction he decided to return to the broker for a quote on his personal insurance too.

ALA expands range with pothole insurance

Yorkshire-based GAP insurance provider ALA Insurance has expanded its product offering with the launch of a specialist pothole insurance policy, in a move it claimed targets one of the “more persistent and costly problems facing UK motorists”.
