Brokers call for harsher penalties for fraudsters selling false insurance policies
Ghost broking was the hot topic in October, appropriately enough for the time of year. The eerie term, which refers to fraudsters selling false insurance policies, usually to motor customers, has enjoyed a spike in publicity recently.
