Analysis: How do brokers feel about a four-day week?

Industry experts highlighted the benefits and challenges of a four-day week in the insurance space.

Following Belgium’s agreement to give workers the right to request a four-day week as part of the recent government reform on its labour laws, Insurance Age delved into the likelihood of a compressed week in the UK’s insurance space.

For some this is already a reality. Broker Igo4 implemented a four-day week earlier this month, which comes on top of its hybrid working scheme.
