GRP hub Greens buys Millards
It is the sixth purchase for Greens since it became a Global Risk Partners hub in 2017.
Green Insurance Group, the South East hub business of Global Risk Partners (GRP), has bought Millards Insurance Services, based in East Kent, for an undisclosed sum.
According to the broker, the acquisition has received regulatory approval.
Greens CEO, Duncan Coleman, said the transaction is the Bexhill-based broker’s third this year after Reid Briggs and Clifton Morley in May, and the sixth in all since GRP’s investment in Greens in 2017.
