Broker Ward Evans has taken the unusual step of employing its own
headhunter to help it meet its target of doubling in size within three
years. It has an £18m turnover and more than 125 staff.


Ward Evans, which has just opened a fourth office employing seven people
in Bristol, will also begin sending a promotional roadshow around
universities and colleges from the start of the next financial year to
attract graduates.
