Biba 2021: Attracting talent key to a diverse workforce

Panelists point to encouraging progress for diversity and inclusion in insurance.

Diversity of thought, innovation and progress is created by diversity of talent.

This is according to panelists on the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) diversity, equality and inclusion panel at its 2021 virtual conference.
