Invest in facilities for your teams. Businesses need to make coming into the office more enticing.
I recently had the opportunity to enjoy the rooftop bar and restaurant Howden’s HQ at One Creechurch Place – and a mighty fine bar it is too with fantastic views, artwork on the walls and a relaxed collegiate atmosphere.
To my mind, as the insurance sector faces down the Great Resignation businesses need to be investing in facilities like these for the staff.
In an era of hybrid working the office must be a nice place to be if you want people to come in. And if you want to hire the best people
