Churchill Insurance wants to grow by 50% over the next two to three
years and anticipates its new broker division will be about a third of the
business. It aims to write 300,000 to 400,000 policies annually via
brokers, concentrating on motor and home.


John O'Roarke, managing director of Churchill, said the insurer will
initially offer its motor products to NIG brokers, particularly to
