Texting has become a way of life for many people. In March 2007, there were more than 4.4 billion texts sent in the UK, according to the Mobile Data Association (MDA), and the figures just keep on rising. There is a common misconception that this market predominately consists of the young, but recent research indicates that texting has become a normal, acceptable and even desirable information resource for all age groups.
