Group chief underwriting officer Richard Watson says that insurer hopes to continue to grow alongside broker partners as it develops cyber and SME offering.

Hiscox has reiterated its commitment to working with brokers following the publication of its interim results for the first six months of 2016.

Richard Watson, chief underwriting office at the insurer, told Insurance Age: "Our strategy on retail [which comprises the UK market] is a boring one. We will be doing the same products and working with the same strong supporters - our brokers. They are the dominant part of production. If I can continue to grow with those brokers I will be happy."
