Pen Underwriting enhances delegated commercial business
Key areas to undergo improvement include compliance and governance and technical support.
Pen Underwriting has launched an enhanced coverholder proposition for delegated commercial lines business.
It said the move follows a review of its service and support framework and six key areas have been strengthened with enhancements geared towards facilitating growth.
The improved areas cover compliance and governance, technical support, claims management, training, analytics and account management.
