Ecclesiastical CEO set for "major listening exercise" with brokers
Ecclesiastical’s new group CEO Mark Hews has told Insurance Age that the provider is undertaking a “major listening exercise” in order to move the business forward.
Mr Hews, who was announced as Michael Tripp’s replacement at the beginning of May, joined Ecclesiastical in April 2009 as group chief financial officer and executive director.
In his first few months in the role he will travel to the provider’s operations across the UK, Ireland, Australia and Canada.
“I’m particularly keen to get on the road and meet customers, brokers and staff,” said Mr Hews.
“I want to listen to them and really understand what their needs are.”
