Fusion Insurance has upgraded its online planning tool to cut the time it takes for companies to develop a business continuity and incident recovery plan. Following a review and feedback from policyholders and brokers, Fusion has simplified the way data is collected and has introduced drop down menus, options and prompts. Accessed via www.fusioncontinuity.co.uk, the service is free to all Fusion brokers and policyholders, and the company predicts it will double its users to 800 by the end of
