New online Risk Library for IRM members

Institute of Risk Management (IRM) members around the world now have a new online Risk Library as part of their membership benefits when they renew. IRM chief executive, Steve Fowler, said, “We are delighted to offer this unique new benefit to our members. We have set up the Risk Library in response to members’ requests, and I am sure it will prove popular based on the success of the online learning facilities we provide to students taking our new international Diploma and Certificate qualifications in Risk Management. Developed in conjunction with Copenhagen-based European Institute for Risk Management, the Risk Library will enable our members easily to find practical information to support them in their work.”

“Indeed we welcome any suggestions for further inclusion. If anyone in the risk management community has written a paper or an article which they think would be of interest please send it to us for consideration.”

The IRM Risk Library contains information in different formats, including articles, reports, web links and presentations. Searching is possible by work area, for example information technology, insurance, auditing, project management, etc and by topic category such as enterprise risk
