How could insurers improve their service to brokers?

"Employ staff with insurance experience and stop sending everything overseas"

- "Better telephone response times and more knowledgeable staff"

- "More prompt responses would aid us to abide by our Treating Customers Fairly model; too many changes in personnel - no continuity of dealing with the same clients; lack of knowledge/experience"

- "Become more broker-oriented. I think that more needs to be done with bespoke quotations to beat the direct writer, and a computer-generated price will never do
