Escalating employers' liability insurance costs mean employee accidents are now the third biggest threat to businesses, according to Aon's Biennial Risk Financing and Risk Management Survey. Employee accidents were previously judged the seventh biggest risk. Employee retention and recruitment has risen four places in the survey, reflecting the demographic changes that make it difficult to recruit and retain skilled labour.
