HSB Haughton Engineering Insurance Services has acquired SGS-INSTAT,the inspection division of SGS Group in the UK. The division will be
integrated with HSB's Midlands office, expanding its regional service
capabilities. Tim Cramphorn, managing director of HSB Haughton, said: "For
us to merge SGS-INSTAT's skills with our own existing engineering
expertise is an exciting development, reinforcing our service capabilities
to benefit existing and future customers."
