CRM speech highlight of CII show?

After being extolled into Shaking it up ... regulation and reputation
at the Chartered Insurance Institute conference how did we do? I don't
expect everyone to agree with our partners (sans badge and sans programme)
that the answer is 'could have done better', if only because of Professor
Malcolm MacDonald's erudite presentation on marketing and CRM
(customer/client, relationship/risk, management). For me, his speech was
the highlight of the conference.


That said, my overall impression is one of
