A broker entering the professional indemnity market is aiming to improve levels of service to an industry it claims has been 'overrun by larger brokers that are incapable of maintaining good relationships'.
Gary Horswell, managing director at Ntegrity, said the broker's ambition upon market entry was to re-instil high levels of service and attention to the PI market, and claimed this was something that larger brokers were no longer able to offer due to the size of their companies.
He commented:
