Endesleigh Insurance Services is to be bought out by its managementteam.
The current owner, Dutch insurance company De Goudse NV, has reached a
preliminary agreement on the acquisition with its current executive
directors, managing director Mike Alcock and sales director Ian
Passmore.
The transaction is expected to be concluded by mid-February.
Endesleigh intends to retain its market position as the pre-eminent
student insurance brand and the National Union of Students has been
