Willis Group Holdings has announced that Willis Management (Isle of Man) has been appointed as insurance manager for Merrill Lynch Insurance PCC, the first protected cell company to be authorised in the Isle of Man. ML Insurance PCC is owned by ML Investment Managers and managed by Willis. It offers a broad range of uses to third parties, including formalised risk retention and access to international reinsurance markets and terrorism pools.
