Suzan Tew has moved from Cable & Wireless to take over control of Budget Insurance Services' contact centre operation in Coventry.
The call centre manages sales and customer services operations for the Budget and Bennetts brands, as well as back-office support for the Junction affinity business.
Also, Junction has appointed Matt Munro to head up its business development team. He joins Junction from Aon, where he was an associate director within the affinity division.
