GAB Robins has launched a new broker initiative aimed at improving relationships and service standards between the loss adjuster and the broker market.

The Broker One Stop Shop (BOSS) initiative, headed by Mark Pierce, the first national account manager for the UK broker market, provides brokers with a single point of contact with the adjuster. It allows access to value-added services and specialist advice from dedicated commercial, liability and personal lines teams.
