Heath Lambert has promoted Martin Holland to managing director. He will be based in Swindon and will take responsibility for managing and expanding the credit and surety operation. Prior to this appointment, he had been deputy managing director with responsibility for client servicing and administration. Holland has over 20 years of experience in credit and surety insurance, having joined Heath Lambert as a graduate trainee in 1981.
