Excellence in the insurance industry was celebrated last night at the biggest ever British Insurance Awards. Brokers were represented in three awards: personal lines, commercial lines, and broking initiative of the year.Hanover Park Group were named commercial lines broker of the year, acknowledging a busy year for the company. Hanover entered the league table of top 50 UK insurance intermediaries and increased its gross premium income from £19m to £25m in 1999.
