Managers, by definition, have a responsibility to manage. They often have
an even greater responsibility, and that is to be leaders.
One of the speakers at the BIIBA conference at Cardiff set me thinking
about this. He talked about working in teams, and although the comment was
made slightly tongue in cheek, he did make the point that if you are not
the lead husky, the view never changes.
