Cardiff-based Composite Legal Expenses was rated the top UK financial services company at the annual Inner City 100 Index and was also ranked sixth overall in the index of 100 winning inner-city companies published in the Financial Times on 17 November. At the Inner City 100 Awards ceremony - dubbed the 'enterprise Oscars' by Chancellor Gordon Brown - CLE's managing director John Mullin and schemes development manager David Gilchrist, received the special award for the fastest-growing company
