Teresa Sayers has been appointed chief executive of the Financial Services Skills Council. She has been working as managing director for the FSSC since November 2003 and has held various roles in the FSSC in development. Prior to this, Sayers was research manager of the Insurance and Related Financial Services Training Organisation and a former careers officer for the CII.
