consumers has always been a key issue in the market. And so the Institute
of Insurance Brokers is to be applauded for devising the hallmark which
its members can use to promote their status.


However, you have to ask yourself, will the term Institute Registered
Insurance Broker really mean anything to the general public? If the
insurance-buying public is still having difficulty getting to grips with
what a broker is, adding bits
