The British Insurance Brokers' Association is gearing up for its annual conference due to take place this year between 23 and 25 May. The theme - Achieving Excellence - will bring together a host of specialists from the Financial Services Authority, the government, Police and the insurance industry at the ExCel Centre in London's Docklands.
